PaperTerrain is proud to announce its largest range of paper buildings ever! For years I have wanted to add an extensive range of buildings for the American Civil War. And for years I kept putting it off. Well, this winter I finally decided to do it! The range includes 38 separate buildings, dozens of out-buildings, fences, and more! And I'm not done yet!

Right now I've created four sets of houses, each set has five houses plus extras like picket and snake rail fences. One set is for brick houses, one for stone, one for clapboard, and one for log. Some houses come with alternate facades to convert them into stores. And all have the trademark PaperTerrain feature of an undamaged exterior that fits down around a ruined building underneath. The buildings come in 10/15mm scale or 20/25mm scale.

In addition to the four house sets, I have two sets of farm buildings. Each has three farmhouses and three barns and many outbuildings. Three of these farms are of actual farms from the Gettysburg battlefield (the Trostle, Hummelbaugh and Macpherson Farms).

And lastly, there is a set of six churches. These include the Shiloh Church, Dunker Church, Salem Church, and Christ Lutheran Church from Gettysburg.

And I'm not done yet! In the near future I will add a set which has courthouses and train stations, and several sets which will have other famous buildings, such as the Henry House, Lutheran Seminary, and many more.

Lovely, Scott. Hearts!

I think a lot of these would work for Trenton 1776 also wouldn't they.

Scott, will you be doing 6mm??

boy wundyr x21 Mar 2017 7:51 a.m. PST

Looks great! And besides 6mm, any chance of 3mm like some of your other village packs?

Once I get the complete range done I will absolutely be shrinking them to 6mm. I'll try to do 3mm, too, although I'm not sure every building will work that small. We shall see.

Looking forward to spending some money when you get 6mm done.

Great stuff. And as always, the wrecked version underneath. Must get some of these.

boy wundyr x22 Mar 2017 7:09 a.m. PST

Thanks Scott, even a selection in 3mm would be great.

Great job. Wonderful that you have taken the time to make such a wide range of buildings too, so a realistic town can be built. I'm sure they will sell well. Personally I think they could do with a bit of weathering to make the walls a bit less uniform, but the buyer can always do that!

Keep up the great work. If you get bored, could you do the same for China?….haha..nobody is mad enough to do that :)

ACWBill05 Apr 2017 7:10 a.m. PST

Nice work Scott.

Weathering? But America was BRAND NEW back then! :)

Seriously, thanks for the kind words. I'm working on a few more sets right now, and when they are all done you will indeed, be able to build a whole realistic town. A town like, say, Gettysburg :)
