I'm heading out to Adepticon. This will be my first time at this show so I'm looking forward to seeing how it all works and what is there.
I didn't do Cold Wars this year in lieu of Adpeticon, hopefully, if Adepticon goes well, I'll be able to make time for both next year. We shall see. It is a long haul, about 13 hours for me, while Cold Wars is only a 2.25 hour drive so I'd better make a HUGE pile while I'm there.
I'm hoping to buy some Forge World stuff while I'm there and maybe some cases for my expanding 30K armies, especially the vehicles and Primarchs.
Friday night I'm running an Age of Sigmar game so that should be fun.
A friend of mine from grad school lives up there and she will be taking her medical boards on Friday so we are going out for dinner on Saturday night.
I'll also be signing copies of my new book since my publisher will be there as well.
All told it should be a good trip.
