Has anyone else ever had issues receiving orders from Ravenstar? The guy produces pure crack cocaine in space ship form, but I have never had a smooth order come through. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue?

I've never had reason to even send a questioning email.

However, Chris, as far as I know, is a one-man band, issues will occur from time to time, and I fear you've pulled short straw more than your share.

My condolences. Though, not wishing to exchange places… ;->=

I'm not mad or anything, just curious. I understand that things get lost in the pile.

My experience has been that order shipping times seem to be getting longer and longer. I used to see orders in about 2 weeks, but 3+ weeks has become the norm it seems. I have an modest-sized order that was made on the 18th of Feb, still not here.

He hasn't answered an 5-day old email inquiry either, so I imagine that he's either super busy or something.

I can sympathize, in that he is a one-man shop, and there are only so many hours in the day, but this has become an consistent issue.

I'm in the same boat as you. Exact same problem, except I made my order on the 16th.

I usually plan on 6 weeks when I order during one of his sales. Most of my orders have taken less time but never less than a month and I just go with the flow. I give resin casters a lot of grace – it is a time consuming process, especially for large orders that involve lots of variety.

Yeah, he actually just got back to me right now about it and it turns out his day job just had him busy for a bit.

I have had to chase him down to get things shipped twice. Nice guy though. Good product.

I had some go astray but an email and he had a new lot on the way. All good.

All of my orders have shipped within a few weeks, which is what Chris said he could when I placed the orders. I've never had a problem.
