I am thinking of getting into BP for my colonial games.

Can anyone enlighten me on what is actually contained in the Source Books? For instance, how much of the Mahdist Wars book is dedicated to theatre-specific rules for BP itself, how much to general information which would be useful for any set of rules and how much to eye-candy (which usually makes be despondent when compared to my meagre efforts!)?

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Alan
