Interesting. I wager the name was chosen to rhyme with Ruins of Osgiliath, from the Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings books and movies.

Considering that it is 'Osgiliath' minus the 'Os' prefix I'd say that's highly likely.

I would venture that it is highly unlikely they will be sued. The Second Life people have better things to do with their time.

Seriously on what grounds would the suit be brought?
