Hi guys, we just playtested a new scifi ruleset by Sfiligoi with the man himself – here's a short AAR with lots of pictures:

A newe set of rules so soon after rouge stars?

Rogue Stars is very detailed for individual figures. You'd never be able to run that many figures in Rogue Stars as shown on the playtest report.

I was excited about rogue stars, and tried to like it despite some negative reactions… But yes, waaaaay clunky with all the tables and modifiers: and the total lack of stats (despite a quantitative rule system!) was just silly. I am very looking forward to this new Ganesha system ("harder than steel",IIRC?)…. D6 "song of blades" game engine (?), use any models you want, squad level SF game!-- win-win-win!
