"…the numbers in boxes represent the combat effectiveness of that unit, which represents a reinforced company of armour or about 2 companies of infantry. As you take losses…" This set does look interesting but I'm confused about the scope: if bases represent companies (1 for Armor/2 for Infantry) how is this an 'operational' rule set-? Would not the lowest unit be the battalion/regiment-? |

Thanks for the comments guys. As for the rules, I can't do anything but recommend you listen to Sam's podcast to get it from the horses' mouth, as it were! But we fought it out with 6 brigades on a 6 x4 table in a few hours, thats about as operational as you can get I think – each square on the grid represents a kilometre, if that helps… |
