Folks we are coming up on some key dates for RECON 2017, 4-7 May, Orlando: 7 April is the last day for GMs to submit their games and be in the PEL and program. After that date you will have to check at the desk at the show to see if room in a session for your game. 14 April last day to pre-register for the convention. After that date you will have to pay the at the door rate. Last day to sign up for games. You MUST have pre-registered for the convention to sign up for games (up to 3). 22 April 5pm. Last day and time to sign up for a room and receive our convention rate of $82 USD and no resort fee (currently $16.95 USD). Also NOTE that the hotel has informed us that our room block is 85 percent filled! Great news but for those who still have not made your reservations now is the time to do so or risk being shut out. Also the hotel can not guarantee rooms to those who reserve after the block is filled but before the cut off date.
