Which of the Star Trek TV series did you consider the worst? Enterprise (2001–05) Deep Space Nine (1993–99) The Original Series (1966–69) The Next Generation (1987–94) Voyager (1995–2001) The Animated Series (1973–74) |

Voyager, didn't really connect with any of the characters, though Tuvok could have been better served on a different show. |

I didn't even know they had an animated series … |

I really, really detest the next generation. |

Never watched Voyager. Wasnt DS9 also reffered to as the shopping mall in space? |

Next Gen had some cool stories and character development. It also had some really meh episodes which at best were "feel good". |
awalesII | 14 Mar 2017 11:13 a.m. PST |
I thought they all had a few good episodes and a lot of really bad ones. Sci-Fi is like Saturday Night Live, you have to sift through the crap to find the gems. And if you find 'em in the wild then so much the better. |

I also hate next generation , not a single redeeming feature . |

Voyager, it looked like science fiction but was really a soap opera. |

Voyager and Enterprise, the latter simply for being the worst for crashing cannon. Having said that, I'd rather watch any of them (until my eyes bled) than the new films. All the series' had trashy episodes – TOS and Next Gen as much as DS9 – but at least TOS and Next Gen were (mostly) original in what they did. John T |

Voyager was the worse. Followed closely by Enterprise. |

Everything but the Original Serirs and the Animated Series? If it didn't have Kirk, Spock, abd Uhura, it just wasn't Star Trek. |

I was never into ST, though I have watched varying amounts of everything but Enterprise. Next Gen had some really good episodes. And some laughably stupid ones. Mostly, it took itself way too seriously, which always makes failures ten times worse. When Voyager came out, I sat down and watched the first three or four episodes. It was more of a chance than it deserved. As a prequel, I'd hopes Enterprise would give the whole thing a much-needed fresh start. But it seemed even less inspired than Voyager. But having seen more of it, I'll go with Voyager. |

Voyager. After watching Enterprise on Netflix many years after the series had originally run, I came to enjoy Enterprise, especially the 2nd year on. BTW I watched all the ST series, every good and painful episode, on Netflix in original order, usually a couple episodes a night. It took a few years, but gave me a good perspective on ST. |

Enterprise then Voyager--but in fairness, if Enterprise improved after Season One, I wasn't there to see. In fact, if it improved in the second half of Season One, I think I was already gone. |

Voyager, I liked Enterprise. |

Definitely Voyager. It was pretty poor. Enterprise actually got much better going into its last two seasons. I believe the ratings were improved for the last season but the show had already been cancelled by then. |

Voyager was one of the most promising setups for a series in years, yet it ended up with a completely neutered storyline, uninspired aliens, very few good characters as all the attention went to the Doctor and Seven, not to mention the worst Trek episodes ever. |
JMcCarroll | 14 Mar 2017 3:29 p.m. PST |
DS9 except for the Dominion War. So Voyager. |

Enterprise. Because the Temporal War sucked. Or will suck. Or does suck. See! The caveat is that the 'Mirror' universe episodes were very good and allowed for exploring new Star Trek ground without totally wrecking canon. Voyager gives it a run for it's money. There's some of Voyager that I like, but some parts…nope! Props to the Animated Series for giving us the closest were likely to get to Starfleet Battles – Kzin, Federation freighters. Oh – and the return of Cyrano Jones and the Tribbles! Lays the ground work for the best moment of DS9. |

Voyager However, TNG had many good episodes to balance the poor/bad ones AND, IMHO probably the best single episode of the entire ST universe… Yesterday's Enterprise! |
Stryderg | 14 Mar 2017 7:33 p.m. PST |
And I kind of liked Voyager. Truly loathe TNG. It looked like they split the personalities of the original series characters and used that as the basis of the TNG characters. And the bridge looked like a hotel lobby, which is fine for a hotel, not a warship. And the holodeck…"Hey, let's do a 1920's gangster movie, IN SPAAAAAAACE" |

The animated series was not on long enough. There was no reason for it not to have more episodes. All had ones or unfinished plot lines. I have to wonder what criteria you are using to judge them. Plot, characters, stories, integration with other series. Each of those may have a different worse. They all introduced new characters races and species. Everyone can list a worse and someone else based on the criteria can support a different worst. |

The Animated Series and Voyager. |
Captain Avatar | 14 Mar 2017 8:54 p.m. PST |
I never liked next gen aside from the Picard character. Very original and much different from Kirk which allowed the series to break out from the shadow of TOS. But I never liked the design of the ships. I'll take a TOS Federation Heavy Cruiser and a Klingon D7 going at it any day. |

Enterprise, then Voyager. I've been a Trek fan since the early 70's, when TOS was first in syndication. Also, I rather like the new movies. |
Lucius | 15 Mar 2017 6:30 a.m. PST |
TNG was the worst. Not any individual episode, but the accumulated self-righteous smugness of the Federation made me want to root for its destruction. |
Mike Target | 15 Mar 2017 6:33 a.m. PST |
An awful lot of all of them that I found dull and/or rediculous, bt every now and then I'd find a bit I liked. Except with Enterprise…. |
