Can anyone tell me when jungle green issue for XIV Army started?

KD clothing was bulk dyed in India in 1942, so it pre-dated the creation of XIV Army.

'42, Lots of early variations and took a while to be standardised…..

Much obliged to you both. It's a bonus that it started before IV Army; my wife is getting a company of Indians made up and that extends their envelope so to speak….not that we'd be too picky about it anyway.
