Yes, old OOP GW Necromunda. If you could find them on eBay … they'd probably be expensive …

I had a gang of them at one time. A gaming buddy begged me to sell or trade for them; I wish I hadn't, but he did get a lot more gaming out of them than I ever did.

Those look like figs I sold some time ago. They were indeed conversions: old GW Confrontation/Necromunda tech gangers with Soviet Russian weapons. IIRC the arms/weapons were from Victory Force. Or maybe Devil Dog. Sorry, it's been a while.
