Hard to tell from the angle, but they look like old Confrontation (Necromunda 1.0) tech gangers, with added arms: link #'s 2 & 3? |

I had a gang of them at one time. A gaming buddy begged me to sell or trade for them; I wish I hadn't, but he did get a lot more gaming out of them than I ever did. |

Those look like figs I sold some time ago. They were indeed conversions: old GW Confrontation/Necromunda tech gangers with Soviet Russian weapons. IIRC the arms/weapons were from Victory Force. Or maybe Devil Dog. Sorry, it's been a while. |
