I'm VERY familiar with this gentleman's website, which has been online for quite some time. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the history of the Imperial Ottoman Army! Thank you for the link, "Tango01"/Armand!

Chris Flaherty is really nice guy, from my brief dealings with his when he was most helpful, who is doing those of us interested in Ottomans a great service through research and his splendid colour illustrations. The database of info on his site keeps building and building – just used it for my French In Algeria 1830s-40s project. Long may he keep up the good work. |
