Interesting how the fleeing cav don't do any Parthian shots. So these are real routing guys, not just "fleeing".

Unfortunately the Diez album was made by cutting the pictures out of a manuscript, so there is no text to give a better idea of what is happening, but, scabbards and bowcases are empty.
