"Warlord Games Delivery Times To USA" Topic

So, I made a large order from Warlord over a month ago. I received a shipping notice on 7 FEB, but have not gotten the order. Do I need to start worrying? Just wondering what others have experienced for delivery times from Warlord.

I have to admit, I will not be ordering direct again, but will stay with The War Store.

I received my shipping notice on January 30th and still have not received my order. When I contacted them (since I always get orders from the UK with ten days) I received a reply asking me to give it until March 10th and then check with my local post office before contacting them back. So far I'm not impressed.

Took about two weeks to get my small order.

Personally never had a problem. It does take time for made to order Bolt Action, but i guess I have been lucky, ten days to 3 weeks for most orders for me.

I have made 3 orders recently with Warlord. December took 30 some days, January, 29 days, and February (only one figure) 11 days.

That sucks! I've made two orders since the New Year and received them both within 10 days to Arizona.

Did you email them? I always place a note in my order if there will be a delay in shipping to let me know. Another possibility is your stuff was delivered to the wrong mail box…had that happened a few times with our part-time/backfill mail-carrier.

I order frequently and average wait time is 2 – 3 weeks (Western MA).

I did a small order and had it within a week.

For me it was 1 to 2 weeks on a small order.

I did email them, but so far have only gotten an automated reply. The issue seems to be that this is a large order. Interestingly, I made a small order a week after the first large order and received it a week ago.

Seems like large orders are a problem, so I will just stay with The War Store in the future. In this day and age, a month or more to the USA from the UK is not acceptable.

A large order might cause it to sit in customs for inspection.

I ordered two boxes of Hexon terrain from Kallistra (the shipping box was about 1'x1'x3') and it arrived about 10 days after my order was placed.

If you order was truly shipped on February 7, it must have gone by tramp steamer with a stop or two along the way.

Ordered 15 Feb, Got notified. Received in Australia about a week ago. Took advantage of their postage free worldwide offer. 👍👍👍

From what I've experienced in the last few months everything from Europe to the U.S. is taking at least an extra week, sometimes two. I wouldn't worry.

I have been told that often the problem with ordering from overseas to the US is a hold up at US Customs.

10 days for each of my all-too-frequent orders.

10 – 14 days for each of my last two smallish orders from Warlord.

They're usually pretty quick. I'm in SoCal, so maybe it's easier in a major hub. I am amazed how quickly and safely things get here from the UK.

There's a huge backlog at US Customs and everything that is over a couple pounds or has a dimension greater than 12" is automatically flagged to be "inspected" (aka, used to prop up some employee's feet for a week or so)

As I posted on this thread previously regarding an order from Warlord, I felt it appropriate that I give an update. As of March 10th, my order had still not arrived so I contacted Warlord via an email as per their instructions. They have stated they are sending out a replacement order to their credit. Hopefully that will arrive safely.

On a side note, I placed an order with Bad Squiddo Games in the UK about two weeks ago and received it in 8 calendar days.

I wanted to follow up and say that I received a replacement package from Warlord games today. I will give them two thumbs up for customer service on a lost order.
