Dr Who mag this month has half a dozen plastic daleks and half a dozen plastic cybermen, probably do for 28mm. Sure they'll sell out fast, they usually do.

and unless they have been re-done, the Cybermen were… not good.

I-Daleks have all but disappeared from the show itself..a temporary blip… says he who painted up loads of the magazine freebies a few years ago. Drat!
Prior to that, the magazine did do some standard Time War bronze Daleks, but they were quite big, the same size as their later I-Daleks, so fine if you are using them alone but they wont look ok next to Black Tree or Microuniverse.
