Hey everyone, I placed an order for some Old Glory 15s back at the end of January. It still hasn't arrived, and even after sending the company a few emails, have heard nothing about my order. This is pretty unusual, as Steve is usually very good about getting in touch with me, and it's almost never a full month for an order. Has anyone had the same experience recently? Has anyone heard from them? J |

Based on the comments of others, I thought they always took one to two months to deliver. |

Well, I have been waiting for a shipping refund for almost three. An email and a message left on the answering machine not withstanding. A couple of emails before the order shipped were missed as well. The order did get to me in about three weeks. |

Hi folks Steve from 19th Century Miniatures has been away on his annual vacation (he always holidays in Feb to go somewhere warm – like me he is of an age to feel the cold). His son Andrew is running the show but he has been suffering with flu for a week or so (he sounded very poorly when we spoke to him on Tuesday). As a result production and admin etc has slowed down. We are waiting for an order which should have been here a week agon, but these things happen – a combination of circumstances including limited staff and an unexpected illness. I'm sure things will be sorted out as soon as they get back to normal. Barrie TimeCast |

Barrie, Thanks so much for this information. I figured something had to be wrong- I've been ordering from 19th century miniatures for about 10 years now. They've never not (double negative!!!!!) emailed me back. Thanks again, J |

Put one in December cause of discount, all went nice and well. The lead pile had another layer. |

I don't understand companies with websites that can't put a banner up like "I'm on vacation so your order might take longer". So simple to do. |

I don't understand companies with websites that can't put a banner up like "I'm on vacation so your order might take longer". So simple to do. So easy to say the workshop is unattended for a few weeks, please burgle us. Not something to which an insurer takes kindly. |

I ordered from OG15s January 30 and my package is finally out for delivery. I called and actually talked to someone who mentioned flu and thought my package left 3 weeks ago. The company ignored emails, voicemails, and if they had not answered my last call, would have gotten their $$ pulled by PayPal. Terribly unprofessional. I doubt I will do business with them again. How hard is it to update your customers with an email reply? I just recently got into Napoleonics, so that's what, $5 USDK of future miniature purchasing they lose out on? |

I had a similar situation. I called and found out that they manufacture as orders come in. They don't stock. As orders stack up, there is always delay. Also they have to replace the molds at times. In my experience it takes longer to send out 28mm figures, than 15mm figures. |
