Excellent. Appear to be Perry Brothers figures on 60mm bases.

What game are you basing them for?

Yes, all Perry plastics. I am using WRG sized basing because I imagine that I'll end up doing something with a game system that uses that at some point. But I'm planning on playing A Coat of Steel.
