"Black Pyramid Gaming Kudos" Topic

I just wanted to report that I've placed two orders with Black Pyramid Designs and have received excellent service.

The first order arrived quickly, with everything correct plus a few extra parts. I then inquired about some figs that they didn't have in stock. They let me know when the first one was in stock, which I ordered. However, my account ran dry before they claimed their money, but they sent the mini anyway. I found an e-mail from them several weeks later and contacted them asking about it. Sure enough, I hadn't paid for it, so I then made payment.

When they contacted me about the rest of the minis that I had asked about, I was short on cash as I was making my stretch run for a big convention. They sent the entire order, close to $100 USD value, without payment, so I was able to use them for the convention and pay after. So not only did they trust that I'll make payment after the fact, they did so after making sure the minis I needed were cast in time. That is outstanding service. Needless to say, I'll be back.
