Just finished reading "Strontium Dog S/D Agency Files 03". It brought back some GOOD memories and now I'm thinking about a change from WWII & near-future PA … but I can't find any minis in 28mm anywhere?

Wargames Foundry used to have some, but no longer (it seems).
Warlord announced in Dec 2016 that they now have the 2000AD licence, but all the product listings on their page open a blank page … I'm thinking maybe it's still a WIP?

I can proxy a lot of figs, but I would like a few of the iconic ones like Johnny Alpha, Wulf, etc.

Any ideas?

Looking forward to seeing what Warlord will turn out but might be awhile.

I see the database error on Wargames foundry…no real surprise with the change in license. Regret not picking up a few bits.

Ebay is probably your best bet. Might be pricey but you might get lucky. Alpha, Sternhammer and the Styx brothers (along with other 200ad characters) were done by Heroclix.

Available and very cheap:

Hold up. I just had a look at the Foundry site and it is back behaving so it looks to have been a temporary glitch:

40th anniversary of 2000 AD this year (if you see what I mean)

Wouldn't the 40th anniversary of 2000AD be in 2040. ;)

I like the Foundry ones, my ABC Warriors are scrotnig. I think they are still available.

Funny I've been getting ready to RPG some Dredd and Strontium Dog myself using Savage Worlds. I ordered Dredd minis from Noble Knight but also saw some Dog with Foundry.

I did get this S Dog for .50 cent from Heroclix and am quite happy with it.

Rebasing is needed but easily done

Everyone! Thank you all ever so much :-)

I think the Heroclix might be a bit big to mix with other 28mm minis?

I think I'll pick up some Foundry for now (kind of miffed I have to buy them as "collections" with quite a few figs I'm not interested in, but still…). And then see what Warlord bring out this year.

You can buy the Foundry ones individually, there's a basket icon under each mini.

Surprisingly it actually blends in really well but the P&P is hefty unless you spot some other things you need.

I did not know this. It turned me off thinking they were in collections. Thanks

Hah! I didn't notice that! Thanks willlucv.

And thanks re. Heroclix scaling War Panda. Good to know.

They have a Gronk as well :-)

Thank you, Wilf. That looks rather good. The same guys who made Minty :-)

You're welcome!
Looking forward to it's 'net release in May.
Hopefully even better than Judge Minty!
