Does anyone know who made the 28mm armoured pulp style gunmen with SMG's and trenchcoats – looking very much like the bad guys who turn up to kill Sean Connery/Allan Quatermain(!) at th start of the "League of extraordinary Gentlemen"?? oh, and if you can name them, who stocks them in the UK?
