… and the gang are on their way to arrive for the game in ten minutes! What do you grab as a proxy?

1] Another version of the same kaiju. Eat all you want; I got more.
2] Another kaiju, they're interchangeable.
3] A similar kaiju, they're not that interchangeable.
4] A dog toy. Turnabout is fair play.
5] The one the dog chewed. It actually looks cooler like that.
6] My daughter's Malibu Barbie!
7] Pooky, my teddy bear.
8] I quickly fashion a new one from Twinkies and Moon Pies.

Well, you would certainly be foolish to do no. 8 as your new creation would likely become the victim of one of your players during the game. I'd go for no. 2.

Playdoh

This is great for kaiju games against the Blaaaaahb. You can easily deprecate the kaiju when it takes damage, and it's easy to split/rejoin bits of the model. (In QILS, two three-die monsters are significantly less powerful (about half) than one six-die monster, but splitting gives you tactical options, making it an interesting set of decisions.) I like this clay best. If you keep it in Tupperware, it dries out slower than Play-Doh and if you embed things, I find it easier to clean them off. YMMV.

Well, you would certainly be foolish to do no. 8

For Halloween and Christmas games we often use pastry monsters. A 3
