. . . from Black Tree/Harlequin.

Specifically because one of my orders was difficult to fill and thus was sent late and incomplete. But the hand written apology in the package with info that another package was coming with the other two Minotaur.

This company is now officially better than Games Workshop, Disney/Marvel, Disney/Star Wars, and Hasbro.

That is incredibly impressive, especially in this day and age. Very well done, BTD!

I love to see that kind of customer service!

I have made several orders from them over the past 3 months or so. Always very quick. One time they were out of stock on a pack, they wrote a note letting me know in the package they sent, and the tardy pack was sent no more than a week later. Their sales are great, too!

I think that BTD have worked hard to overcome the bad image they had years ago. When I first ordered frim them a couple of years back I was nervous having read so many horror stories. Had nothing but great service from them though – an example was when I ordered a mass of Zulus and had a few less shields than I needed. They sent me not only a bag of shields but another dozen figures as well – after all, you can never have enough Zulus.

My most recent order from BTD was late as well… he replied to my email query, and included a handwritten apology note. I had asked for some shield substitutions as well, which were done perfectly, exactly as requested.

Mike, If he has to split your order, your first package should have the note in it.
