I have just created a short podcast on how I used historical research and fiction to weave a scenario about Robin Hood. The podcast is only 10 minutes long and explains how I pulled a scenario out of poems about Robin Hood. Scenario specifics are then left to the players themselves.

This is intended to give gamers ideas on how they too can create scenarios from history and non history.
