They are actually part of a new trend sweeping the globe. "Super" scale figures. Super 20's are actually 28mm. "Super Super" 15's are actually 28's. It is all quite easy once you see the marketing brilliance behind it.

Wow, I was wondering WHY 20mm figs were so expensive. Now I know. They were 28mm figs. wink

If their legs (specifically their calfs) weren't so stumpy they would probably measure 40mm.
