Hi, Has anyone dealt with them? Are they reliable? I have sent them an order for their rule "Twilight of the Sun King" and a follow up email but haven't heard from them. Victor |

I know that they have had issues in the past with the reliability of the sales folk. I have had to get in touch with the Secretary or Chairman, but have always eventually got my stuff. I understand that Twilight of the Sun King is having to be reprinted due to some issue. I also chased up my order with the sales officer a couple of times and got no response. I subsequently took up the matter with the Secretary and Chairman and have been assured that my order will be on the way soon. If you haven't received your order in the next few weeks, I suggest that you contact them, in case your order has gone astray. Do always bear in mind that it is a volunteer organisation. |

As AussieAndy said it's a volunteer organisation. I understand the frustration as I recently received my copy of TWIGLET after a few weeks wait. It's a great Society which I totally recommend joining and it's run by enthusiasts in their free time. |

I'm still a member because I like the journal – but I had a very bad experience ordering a number of expensive books. Needed > 10 emails which I escalated to committee members which I then needed to again escalate further and eventually got my money back (less transaction fees and currency conversion) more than 9 months later. I appreciate a volunteer society – I am active in one – but not doing what has been promised and then repeatedly not responding is not appropriate. |

VicCina My name is Gary Flack and for my sins I'm ostensibly the wargames show organiser for the Society [you can find my details on the society's site] We have had a small "issue" with the Twilight rules – the entire print run went astray from printers to us They have been reprinted and the replacement orders have gone out last week If you mail me direct on garyflack@hotmail.com I'll try and get some response from the correct folk tonight when I get home [can't access Hotmail at work] to make sure yours has been handled and we've not fouled up again Sorry for the inconvenience caused – and I could wax lyrical about the chaos in my life that prevents me providing a better level of service to the society – but you don't want or need to hear excuses Best regards Gary |

Thank you Gary for responding. I received an email this morning saying the product was on its way. All is well. |

Just got my order yesterday. That explains the long delay. Thank you, Gary. |
