This is about a foot long. I dunno how big the Ghost is supposed to be, but this seems to be the best choice for 28mm.

Not StarWars but Miles of Tomorrowland. (I'm guessing a Disney TV series) This one is huge at about a foot and a half long and has a 'child' ship that docks in it. The interior is hollow, so you've got a shell to detail and play in if you're into that. It could be a large yacht/passenger ship for any number of scales.
Also odd that the Amazon price is half that of K-Mart's
