That castle is glorious. I wish some of these companies would offer a 'print on demand' service for those of us who do not own 3D printers.

Glad you like it my friend!. (smile)

Backing this kickstarter (I have backed all the previous PrintableScenery.com campaigns on both Kickstarter and Indiegogo).

There is a poll going out this weekend for backers to choose further stretch goals in the campaign which will be interesting as there are already 30 Backer made suggestions in the poll.

CBRFigs27 Feb 2017 1:32 p.m. PST

Over the weekend the 8th stretch goal unlocked, a 'Carribean Shack'. The next stretch goal is at NZ $50,000 USD and are 'Windows for Castle walls'.

The polls have been running for future stretch goals as well over the weekend, Matt has said he hopes to publish the results tomorrow (Tuesday), when these are published I will post the details.

One other great piece of news that came in 'update 3' is that information will soon be available about further free bonuses and that these will include a Catapult, Trebuchet, and a Ballista.

Still 20 days to go with this kickstarter and already nudging NZ $47,000. USD

CBRFigs28 Feb 2017 2:49 a.m. PST

The new stretch goals have been announced and number of backers has just hit 400.

Overnight Matt from PrintableScenery.com has announced that the 'Castle Hoardings' will be included as a bonus item in the Rampage Castle System.

With still over 18 days remaining of this kickstarter the campaign is just NZ$1,070 away from unlocking the 9th stretch goal, 'Castle Windows for all Wall Sections'.

thehawk02 Mar 2017 6:11 a.m. PST

I have followed this KS for a few weeks. I think it would have gone better if the 3 streams had been kept separate.

I'm interested in European buildings only and then only the church (mild interest), french house and stone barn (probably won't make it). I have to rely on good interest in the wild west and the castle for the ks to keep moving forward.

The second problem is model choice. A church and some walls isn't that useful a model on the tabletop.

CBRFigs03 Mar 2017 5:08 a.m. PST

The 'Castle Windows for all wall sections' is now unlocked, that was the last of the original stretch goals. Now chasing down the new stretch goals, the first of which is 'The Ruined Chateau'.

Overnight in an update Matt from PrintableScenery.com announced yet another bonus item, a 'Soul Burner'.

This can be fitted with a 'tea-light candle' or the flames from the Relm Portal for effect.

Currently the kickstarter already has 428 backers with over NZ $51,000 USD pledged. The link to the kickstarter is: link

@thehawk – The subject of how the campaign was designed has been brought up in the comments on the kickstater, it would seem that the vast majority of backers are either 'quite' or indeed 'very' happy with its structure. Of course whether it would have been more 'successful' as 3 different kickstarters will never be known, but remember you can back for either one, any combination of two, or indeed all three themes included.

CBRFigs05 Mar 2017 3:54 a.m. PST

Matt at PrintableScenery.com has just put out a new update (#7) for the 'Time Warp' kickstarter announcing a free Trebuchet! :o)

The Trebuchet took 6 hours to print (presumably on the Prusa i3 Mk2 printer).

Now how many gamers would love to have a battery or two of trebuchets for their armies.

CBRFigs07 Mar 2017 3:18 a.m. PST

Overnight the 'Ruined Chateau' was unlocked.

Next stretch goal, at NZ$60,000, is the 'Log Cabin'.

Also in the latest update (#8) a 'Ballista' was introduced as a new 'Freebie Bonus Item'.

In the same update we were given a sneak preview of the prototype for the Rampage Heavy Wood Walls and Hoarding Roofs that will be included in this Kickstarter.

CBRFigs08 Mar 2017 3:07 p.m. PST

Just NZ $1,211 USD away from unlocking the 'Log Cabin' stretch goal.

Here are 2 YouTube videos from PrintableScenery.com that may I think be of interest.

Stretch goal #11, the 'Log Cabin' looks like it is unlocked as the pledge level has just passed NZ $60,000. USD

Next stretch goal at NZ$65,000 is 'Castle Ruins (Walls, Battlements and Floors).

Earlier today Matt at PrintableScenery.com posted the following:

I have checked with Matt and he confirms that non-backers are also welcome, so may well be a chance for those interested in the subject but not yet presently backing to get a better understanding of the subject and gather news and views from 'the horses mouth' as it were. Just click on the link above and register to take part.

Just backed it. I have had very good transactions on backing Matt's previous kickstarters and those western buildings look good.

@thehawk … Well, you can always wait for the models to show up on his web site, and only buy the ones you want.

I have found that there are a number of miodels I do not care for, and don't think I would ever print out and use. That said, the cost of piecing together the ones I DO like is always more than the discounted "all-in" price. I would be money ahead just backing the full deal. WHich is what I did for this one.

His most successful campaign yet brought in just over 102K and that was a mix of genres. Most of the folks who follow Matt believe this campaign will surpass the 102K mark by the end, making it his newest, most successful campaign yet.

As CBR said, it is impossible to know if the campaign would be even more successful if it were broken into separate themes.

CBRFigs13 Mar 2017 5:02 p.m. PST

The 13th stretch goal 'The Farm' is unlocked.

Next up at NZ$75000 is 'The Miners Shack' from the 'Time Warp – Americas' range.

Also on the PrintableScenery.com website is a 'sign up' form for the PrintableScenery.com newsletter:

The newsletter is listed as will be containing the following:

With 6 days still to go (it finishes at midnight on Sunday, UK time) this is still on track for being their most successful crowd funding project to date.

Matt at PrintableScenery.com has announced another Bonus Item, a Battering Ram!

This means that the free Bobus items now include a Ballista, a Catapult, and the new Battering Ram.

In Update #11 Matt also says " I think that we need one more siege engine, and this time something big ! " The betting within the backer community in the comments is that it will be a 'Siege Tower'. (Some glimpses of it may just have been visible over Matt's shoulder in the recent Kickstarter 'Live Feed' – viewable on replay at:
link . )

With just under 5 days to go the 'Miners Shack' is, at the time of writing, just NZ$742 away from being unlocked.

After the Miners Shack that unlocks at NZ $75,000 USD the remaining listed stretch goals are:

- NZ $80,000 USD 'Advanced Wooden Stairways'
- NZ $85,000 USD 'The Stone Barn'
- NZ $90,000 USD 'Rundown Store / Jail'
- NZ $95,000 USD 'Operational Drawbridge'

Also announced is that either one or both ships from previous crowdfunding campaigns will be added ('The Frigate' and the 'Viking Long Boat') as an 'add-on' for those who missed the opportunity of acquiring previously.

Few are doubting that all the present stretch goals will now be unlocked, and even possibly more stretch goals announced over the last few days remaining.

CBRFigs16 Mar 2017 2:12 a.m. PST

The 'Miners Shack' is unlocked.

Now with still 87 hours to go the 'Advanced Wooden Stairways' is just NZ$530 away from being unlocked.

Matt at PrintableScenery.com has put up the Demogorgon as a freebie download on their website ( link ).
