I got a good deal on some recent auctions for a Leading Edge Alien Queen and a set of warriors along with some Kryomek Helions.

I wasn't sure how to paint them, as I wanted them to look like the creatures in 'Alien', but thought plain black would be a bit boring.

I also wanted some contrast in the bases, but not like they were running around in a green field!

Still a bit undecided about them, but I think they'll grow on me!

Nice! I wanted to do Tyranids using a similar style but with a darker green color. I got a decent deal on a bunch painted to match cockroaches, so I guess I'll be sticking with that color scheme..
