Anyone know if they are still going, placed an order on 28/1/17, haven't heard a thing, sent an email on Tuesday via the contact us link on the FAA page but not had a reply to that either so are they still trading?

FAA are definitely still trading, I have made a few orders with no problems.

It took a few weeks for the order to arrive in the UK so I wouldn't worry too much.

Fair enough but surely you don't leave a customers email sitting for 72 hours with no response?

I had similar problems when I ordered from them a couple of years ago. Placed the order & then everything went in to 'radio silence', I chased the order a while later & still got no response. It was only after a strongly worded e-mail about very poor customer service they replied & offered some free figures by way of an apology.

Since Baxter sold FAA, it just has not been the same. One of the problems is that Lost Battalions is on one state and FAA is in another.
