Anyone know if they are still going, placed an order on 28/1/17, haven't heard a thing, sent an email on Tuesday via the contact us link on the FAA page but not had a reply to that either so are they still trading? |

FAA are definitely still trading, I have made a few orders with no problems. It took a few weeks for the order to arrive in the UK so I wouldn't worry too much. |

Fair enough but surely you don't leave a customers email sitting for 72 hours with no response? |

I had similar problems when I ordered from them a couple of years ago. Placed the order & then everything went in to 'radio silence', I chased the order a while later & still got no response. It was only after a strongly worded e-mail about very poor customer service they replied & offered some free figures by way of an apology. |

Since Baxter sold FAA, it just has not been the same. One of the problems is that Lost Battalions is on one state and FAA is in another. |
