Hi all, Our club's semi-annual Big Battle occurred over the first weekend of January (I've only just finished posting about it on my blog!). This year it was Austerlitz.

Nice looking game, excellent AAR. What rules were you using, and how big was that table? |

That is an awesome looking game, but I have to ask – how do you reach the middle to move the troops? Terry |

Thanks all! @wrgmr1 – We use our club homebrew rules, Cold Steel. There's a link on my blog under the header to v.8 of the rules and charts. The table was about 30' x 12', IIRC. @Terry37 – As you might be able to see in the pictures, sections can be wheeled out of the way as the action moves into the centre, because the outer tables are mounted on castors. |
