Do I really need more Russians?

Hell, yes I do, it appears!

christot15 Feb 2017 1:02 a.m. PST

AB Russians …at last…..

Andy ONeill15 Feb 2017 2:06 a.m. PST

Great stuff.
Thanks Armand.

These are lovely. I'll need to buy a ton of these. I wonder why the absence of the 50mm mortar? Did the company lose its mortar section late war, or something? Hopefully it is planned for a later date?

Yes, the humble 50 mm mortar disappears from the official TOEs close to the end of the war.

That said, Eureka already does one:

Thanks Griefbringer. Did not know Eureka already did a 50mm mortar.

Vigilant15 Feb 2017 5:45 a.m. PST

Wish they'd do earlier for the Winter War instead of yet more mid to late war Russians.

PiersBrand15 Feb 2017 6:14 a.m. PST

Maybe they want to sell lots Vigilant?

Its a fantastic range. Having been lucky enough to see Tony work on it over the last few months, its gonna be a blindingly good dange.

Happy you like them my friends!. (smile)

Griefbringer. Isn't that Eureka 50mm Mortar a 28mm model?

Disco Joe15 Feb 2017 11:25 a.m. PST

Redlancer38, the one he links too is indeed a 28mm model.

Griefbringer16 Feb 2017 3:45 a.m. PST

Yes, the mortar I linked to is indeed from their 28 mm WWII range.

I presumed that the models in the original post were 28 mm, since Tango (as is his usual manner) neglected to mention any spatial dimensions for them.

donlowry16 Feb 2017 10:04 a.m. PST

So what scale ARE they?

PiersBrand16 Feb 2017 11:05 a.m. PST

They are AB Figures… so 20mm.

Andy ONeill16 Feb 2017 1:40 p.m. PST

I wonder when they'll be available in the UK.
