Cossack artillery in the Napoleonic wars was quite regular in equipment and uniform- as the troops were fully retained and uniformed. In fact probably the most 'regular' looking of any any Cossack troops except the Guard. They had pretty much line H/A equipment with the gunners dressed in regulation Don Cossack dress.

I don't think this set actually has anything to do with the Napoleonic period. It looks like a copy or repackage of the Orion 17th-century Cossack artillery – link
