More Doctor Who-inspired scratch-building can be found in the latest post on my blog, as I tackle one of the alien races from one of my favourite Fourth Doctor stories: link I have a feeling that Warlord WON'T be making miniatures of these… |

I like that idea! Well done. |

I wouldn't think warlord won't do them, but they may be well down the line. They may find themselves in a box set with some more exiting pieces. Or just produced in low numbers. |

Thanks for the comments. Whilst Warlord might make these, as they would be a pretty easy sculpt, would you be prepared to pay £4.00 GBP for what will essentially be a block of metal? Yes, it would be 'official', but surely even the most frothing fan-boy would draw the line at forking out for this? If not, I do have several coils of 'antique' rope that I'm looking to shift… |

Perhaps, as I mentioned, they may end up in a boxed set, so you would have to buy them to get the other figures. If they were sold separate, I would have to agree with you, but then, they would only have to limit numbers produced to create an artificial demand from those few who do want to buy them. They would work it so they are not just sitting around on the shelves, one would hope. |
