TMP's own "Dervel" has been known to make ships out of wood, or at least his friend the "late" "artslave" (late, as in a "Zzz" TMP account), made them, and Dervel did the "how too" articles". TMP link I have one of his viking boats and like it very much.
link Dervel's boat is the forward one: the sail is in the "up" position (the Heller "Guillaume le Conquerant" longship is behind, with a modifed/replaced "tail"; the original has a "push me pull you" two-headed getup!?). |
