Nice looking game. Refresh my memory; is a stand a platoon? |

Thanks. And Yep … each stand is a platoon. So the British force was an under strength brigade group. R |

NICE. A close costly victory.. but a victory. *rsutton, You mentioned (in your blog) replacing the Hind rotor blades w/ 'acetate (clear round) rotors'. Personally, I prefer that look, opposed to the blades themselves. IMHO it gives a very effective illusion of them actually in motion. Decades ago, I got some Vietnam riverine craft and 4 Huey's. Im sure there scale 1/285, is why they came w/ the 'clear rotors'. Im not familar w/ 'Spearhead' rules sys. but more interesting to me, am I correct that your using 1/285 – 6mm 'micro' armor? A thought regarding gaming scales: "To each their own" of course, but personally I have seen 1/600 – 3mm and simply cant fathom gaming in (my words) "sub-atomic" level. ) |

Thanks. We use the Heroics and Ros 6mm kit for our armies. I initially used the acetate discs because the Lynx helicopters I bought several years ago arrive with broken rotor blades. I prefer that look now too. The Hinds also came with broken blades, so there was little choice anyway. Kind regards Robin |
