The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is seeking eligible business firms who are capable of providing a COTS analytic wargaming software tool or suite of tools to support concept development, design, gameplay, adjudication, and reporting of an analytic wargame (AWG). The intent is to identify promising candidate wargaming software with proven capabilities to simulate concepts across the doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) spectrum. The tool will be used to experiment with future conceptual systems, future operational warfare, and S&T impacts.
