The hotel, the Park Inn by Radisson Resort & Conference Center Orlando (in Kissimmee), is only minutes away from Disney's Animal Kingdom. But anyone attending will be comforted to know Mr Whitehouse will be available to lead a safari to capture any wild animals which escape the park and threaten the convention! HAHA! What a great post, Marc! I can just see it in my mind….Howard outside in knee length shorts , bright red Hawaiian short sleeved shirt and wearing a Jungle Safari Pith Helmet with several "brave" volunteer gamers, pointing to one gamer and says,…."Hey you…capture that Tiger over there!…..C'mon now man!…Stiff upper lip!….." Priceless! Hope RECON 17 is a huge success! I'll try to finagle a visit to my son and his family then! |

I understand Mexican Jack is often seen in the company of the distinguished Mr. Whitehouse. What Howard sees in that reprobate is beyond me. |

Scuttlebutt is that Mexican Jack once threw himself on a live parking ticket, sparing Howard mortal embarrassment. And the surprisingly resilient Mexican Jack has been sponging…errr…inseparable from Howard ever since. |
