I can now block specific users from accessing specific boards.

This has become an issue currently with regard to the Ultramodern Warfare board, but maybe be useful in other cases too.

This means that if you cannot abide by the rules of a particular board, your access to that board can be blocked.

What 'rules of the particular board' are there? I was not aware each board had particular rules.

Given this was also posted in Ultramodern Warfare (2006-present), my guess would be that don't post current events here just because the board name says 'present'?

I think that is just phrasing. There are not specific rules for specific boards (other than the content guidelines). There are, however, people who seem to not be able to follow the rules when discussing certain topics.

This is similar to something that rpg.net has.

Some posters are deemed to be valuable contributors but can't play nice when discussing certain topics, so they get banned from those topics or even parts of the forum.

I think this is a very helpful capability, Bill. Much better than full-out ban!
