Well I am deep into constructing my own version of the KoW historical lists. If I can just stop selling the supplement which makes me have to stop to wait for a new copy for the store. LOL.
I have ran across some obstacles which has made me have to analyze some of the lists in the book. For example the Egyptian list allows for Chariots with Pikemen and Saracen units. So I went back and designed three army lists for Egypt. One Ancient-chariot, Ptolemaic pike and Saracen-Crusades.
Thhe first area that I worked on was Central-South America. My main purpose was to design enemies for the Aztecs. The next area to be finished will be the enemies of Ancient Egypt which is why I had to adjust that list.

Here is the bonus list: Inca
INCA

Inca units can be fielded as Troops, Regiments or Legions. Forces of 1,000 and 1,500 pounts can be all Inca. A Force of 1500 points or more can field Subject or Allied contingents. Up to 25% of the force can be allied. Heroes such as Generals, Musicians, Standard Bearers and Heroes must be Inca.

Noble Guard was armed with spears or one hand maces. They were elite, disciplined and phalanx characteristics. They are rated as Heavy Spearmen to denote better quality than other spearmen. Due to limited availability, they can only be fielded as Troops.

Veteran spearmen are also armed with slings. They are disciplined and Hardy Veteran characteristics plus rated as Spearmen with sling capability.

Inca spearmen are also armed with slings. They are disciplined and phalanx characteristics plus rated as Spearmen with sling capability.

Militia Warriors are armed only with a sling. They are rated as Warriors. They can be fielded as Troops or regiment sized units.

Inca Slinger are skirmishers armed only with a sling.

Canari Guard are drafted from nobles and veteran survivors. They are rated as spearmen who are Elite and disciplined

Chuncho Guard are drafted from nobles and veterans of the forest tribes of the river lowlands. They are armed with a sword and bow. They are fielded as a Troop unit. They are Skirmishers and may use Poisoned Arrows.

Forest Tribe allies can be fielded as Skirmish Troops or a Bowman Regiment. They are armed with bows and swords plus may use poisoned arrows.

La Paz warriors are armed with javelin. La Paz warriors fight only as a single Regiment.

Chanca Spearmen is fielded as a single Regiment. They are disciplined.

Chanca warriors are armed with heavy clubs. They can be fielded as Regiments or Hordes. They can be armed with club and shield or just a two-handed club with the Crushing Strength option.

Chanca militia or lower class warriors are armed with javelins and one-handed clubs. They can be fielded as Regiments or Hordes. .

Subject Slingers are a mix of skirmishers armed only with a sling. They are fielded only in Troop units.

This is good thank you.

Kings of war plays very nicely if work goes into army lists. Yours is most good thanks.

They had another great tournament at Augusta a few weeks ago. Several dozen players. If the historical ancients players can get into it as well, then I can see an increase in ancient games again. The system is a lot of fun once you have played a few games.
I did Taraqscan, Tlascan, Zapotec and a few other lists for the enemies of the Aztec. I am enjoying working on the Assyria, Hittites, Nubian, Sea people and Libyan lists for the Ancient Egypt enemies army list.

The Chariot Kings of the Middle East force lists are in the final editing. The armies are :
Ancient Egypt which is the early troops from the supplement; two eras of Hittites; three eras of assyrians; two eras of Babalonia; Syrian-cannan and Philistine; Nubian, Libyans, Sea People, Mittannti; Later Hebrew.

I am debating adding Median, Urartian. Is there a need to add variations to Egypt to change to either Kushite or Libyan Egypt?
What about Greeks, any interest?

The Kings of the Western Mediterranean

This section covers the region of the western Mediterranean. The rise of Rome as they secured their dominance over Italy and then expanded their influence to make the Mediterranean into a Roman lake. Some of the lists are modified lists from the supplement. Others have been added to provide enemies for those listed in the book. Armies modified or drawn from the supplement lists are marked with a (*).

Republican Rome*
Marian Rome*
Augustan Rome*
Middle Rome*
Late Rome*
Enemies of Rome
Samnites

The Gaul-Celt lists includes those tribes in modern France, northern Italy, lower Britian and the Galatians.

This list includes those tribes in northern and western Britain or Scotland

Where can I find your list(s) for the Carthaginians?

Cheers Andy

I will let you know when they are ready. The email is scottnelson@bellsouth.net.
A list is in the supplement but I had modified it slightly as well as into early and late eras.

andyfb27 Jan 2017 11:39 p.m. PST

Look forward to them.

Are the lists going to be individual downloads or are you writing them in various groups?

I'd be interested in anything from Classical era Middle East….roughly Medes, Greeks, Macedon, Successors, Rep Roman, Carthage and all their enemies through to Parthians and Sassanids.

I know, a long list :-)

Have been having my own ideas about this period, Rep Romans only in Troops, Gauls with Hannibal when he entered Italy only in Hordes, after Trebbia only in Regiments.
Thinking of trying out a D6 pip command (ala DBA) instead of chess clock, we'll see.

Cheers Andy

Hi, still don't understand ifhowwhen you will make those lists available to the public huh?

Rudysnelson30 Jan 2017 9:44 p.m. PST

Not sure, I am now working with a larger group. This means more people reviewing, editing and giving input. Since there may be discussions on various concepts in regards to define characteristics and other traits, the process may take longer. I am still working on my own for the most part.

Other aspects of the project can side track the schedule. For example, a good list of the 25/28mm armies availed has to be made. You want to make sure the armies can be built.

Rudysnelson03 Feb 2017 5:30 p.m. PST

Just finished Kings of the Chariots army lists.
I am working on Greek-Macedonian era lists. Then I will work on the Far East. I will be more specific with the Chinese eras. I will add Koreans, Burma, Siam, Vietnam and others.
Then onto India-south Asia.
