Think they cover the Thirty Years War and Great Northern periods, your date is in the middle of those. I think The Great Northen War period are the flags you are looking for, but flags from the earlier period may also be relavant. Anyway it's something to start with.

This is not really my period, but I would be very surprised if the flags with the white eagle would serve for 1683. As I understand it, the white eagle is the symbol of the Kingdom of Poland, and Augustus the Strong of Saxony does not get elected King of Poland until 1697. Happy to be corrected by any period experts out there, but I think you would be better to look for earlier TYW examples to serve as models, if you cannot find any specifically dated to the 1680s.
