Recently I sent a request to Warlord Games for the leaflet that accompanied their AWI Continental Inf box. See, I had bought the box when it was still packaged by Wargames Factory. WF didn't include an instruction/flag sheet, so I thought I see if Warlord might have an extra. Low and behold I get a package with ALL the leaflets from all their sets. I hesitated in sharing this thinking Warlord Games might not want to be inundated with similar requests. Instead Lorenzo asked me to relay the following…

"Please feel free to let other TMP users that they can ask us for the leaflet, we will be happy to provide them for free but we would prefer if they link this to an order they may want to place, so we would avoid postage fees."

I think this is a remarkable offer for them to make.
I had also asked about future releases, specifically sprues
that would allow further customizing their figures. Lorenzo offered…

" I am no expert of American War of Independence here, do you think that with some additional parts the plastic spruces could be used to represent some specific – possibly famous – regiments?"

So they are open to our input…
Just thought I'd share this with you all.

Warlord Games is one of the best out there – Their USA operations are top notch (Jon Russell and Tony Radford) are always ready to help. Great company and a great group of guys running it!!!

Could not agree more… now what we need are Ottoman cavalry in plastic!!! with their service and those figures…

I don't do any of their games and don't use plastic figures but it is very refreshing to see that a successful company can still have excellent customer service and positive responses to customer suggestions.

Others could learn from this !!

I just wish someone would release AWI cavalry… some optional hats would let you do virtually any of the mounted from the war.

Khusrau, what hats not already included would you like to see?
