Massive units and I'm used to "big battalions." What were they using, Chef de Bataillon?

Gerry uses his own version of the In the Grand Manner, In the Grandest Manner. The table is only 6 feet deep, I think, but like the old War-games Holiday Centre that Gerry helped run, there are three parallel tables allowing for huge depth and width. 10mm makes it look that much more massive in scale.
