I always feel that just as a valid complaints about substandard products or service should be noted, so should the great or above average be praised and shared. I recently sent for a request to Warlord for some service after the sales and was met with prompt replies from Rick and Lorenzo as well as speedy resolution to my need. I've enjoyed their AWI series very much (have at least one of each set released) and can't say enough about the people that produce them. +1 I've been ordering (mostly WW2 and Naps) from them for a couple of years now, and have never encountered a problem and always had my order quickly delivered. Great people to deal with! |

Yes, always had great service from them. Just took advantage of their 1/2 price sprue sale and everything arrived very fast and well packed. |

I had the same experience as Thomas O -- several half price sprues plus an artillery piece. Very quick delivery, and the FJ sprue in particular is fantastic. |
