Does anybody know where I can find a large clear plastic or vinyl overlay? I want to be able to lay down a grid over an existing map of my town. I think Chessex used to make a clear Battle mat, but don't anymore. Looking for something comparable. Thanks! |

Did you call Chessex? They might have som in the warehouse. How larger do you need? what size hexes? I might have an old overlay for 1/2 inch hexes (17x22 IIRC) |

I called Chessex, last "Crystal Mats" were sold during the last convention season. Some game store out there may have one or two |

Hobby lobby sells a 2 ft clear plastic piece like that poster frame for a couple of dollars |

Fabric stores sell clear vinyl on wide rolls -- around 5-6 feet wide, in the upholstery area. Prices vary, so stop in and see for yourself. Cheers! |
