Are they still in business? Any feedback regarding the timeliness and cost of postage (I'm in Oz) along with your experience as a customer would be most welcome. |

I get an odd message when going to their website. Not sure what is causing that. I hope all is well and this will be cleaned up soon. I have purchased a lot of Mark IV Minis items from a company called Battlefield Terrain Concepts. Doug Kline and his staff set up at the HMGS, Inc. conventions that are held on the east coast here in the US. They stock and sell a lot of different products from several companies that are not listed on their site. They are a great and friendly company to work with and Doug posts here on TMP often. link If you are having problems reaching Mark IV directly, try Battlefield Terrain Concepts. |

Thanks for the plug zoneofcontrol. Jeff McCarron at Mark IV is always great to deal with. Like many of us in this business, we also work a primary job. If you have problems getting through to them, I stock most of their items (sorry will be listed on a new website soon – we are getting ready to launch a new site and then will eventually get all of the items we stock up on it). Happy to help. Doug BTC |
