Hello. Does anyone know of any good books/articles that are references for the dress/equipment of Pandur/Serezaner troops of the Austrian military?

I was just reviewing the Osprey on the subject. It's not bad. You could also check out Kronosgraf website.

They're covered in Volume 2 of Funcken's Lace Wars.

Smith's Armies of the Seven Years' War has info too, but lacks the colour plates.
