I saw a recent advertisement here on TMP for someone who makes laser cut wood measurement sticks and markers for Congo. Sadly I did not bookmark the site. Any help appreciated.

Blotz do some nice acrylic ones. You can see them in use here:

Nope, those are not the ones. The ones I saw had the measurement stick set up to represent each faction which I thought was a nice touch.

I found them. It is Kranken Skulls who makes them.

Each faction is $20 USD so it kind of puts me off the idea a bit.

Ah! I must have found some type of special deluxe set as this link shows the measurement sticks are just $12 USD for each faction. That is a better price point I think.

Kraken Skulls also makes laser cut birch wood tokens for Congo.

I've got sticks and stress tokens from Krakenskulls. They are great, highly recommended. I splurged on walnut for the movement sticks, which is really nice, and well worth the price in my opinion. That's the $20 USD set Kaliman saw. Regular birch wood sets are just $12. USD

I like these. I have some of their Saga sticks. Would be nice to see some sort of discount combined token set that gives you everything you need to play a game token-wise.
