These two camps were constructed using the ubiquitous cocktail stick. All measurements given conform to DBA use, but adding more material this can be used for other rule systems requiring a camp. Construction details can be read at the Fanaticus Forum. link Cheers, Robert |

Nice work Two things: one what is a 'standard floor tile' size and material wise. Is it made of Vinyl? Second, if I were painting bases I'd probably get some paint made up in a test pot to match the colour I wanted rather than paint bases in GW* paint. Or take out another mortgage! John T * or any other 'proper hobby' paint: I'm not picking on Workshop |

LOL John, Thanks for the comments. The floor tile is quite stiff, 1.5mm thick and has a self-adhesive underside. I bought these while in the US. The surface comes with a variety of textures and patterns, but I selected a desert beige. All my paint and ink are GW, but that is only because we have a dealership here in town, so it is a matter of convenience. Secondly, and this was surprising to the club members, I have no more than two dozen bottles of paint, all of which fit nicely in a small box. I mix a lot. |
