Inspired by Thompson's book, the Huns, we played out this lesser known battle between the army of Attila and the eastern Roman army.

Using two commands per side the width of the board was slightly enlarged to give a battlefield of 120 x 80 cm.
No changes were made to either army lists.

Nice report Robert, and your armies and board are looking really good.

Thank you Aaron,

Terrain making is a never ending process; a continuous process of improvement.

Nice.

Will have to see if the nephew is up to this.

Played the Gepid scenario with him before the holidays, but he jammed himself up and got his head handed to him and wasn't up to a repeat.

And his pictures weren't quite up to posting.

Goragrad,

I believe this is quite an even game as Attila should be quick to capitalize on any Roman mistakes.

I posted the OB per command at Fanaticus.

Let us know how it ends.

Caliban,

Absolutely not.

I am looking at a good list of 5th century events to work on for the next few months.
