I remember reading about a set of cards to be used in Tomorrows War for campaign games. They were to be similar to Fog of War Cards, but drawn before the game. Each card provided a certain type of unit as an automatic reinforcement for your side. This would have been in addition to Operational Momentum Points one could spend.

Does anyone know if this idea went anywhere? Did anyone make up their own?
